This luxury self contained ground floor apartment within the owners home is fully centrally heated and situated in a semi rural location midway between the two prime tourist attractions in the area, Stirling Castle and the Falkirk Wheel.  See our Local Attractions page for further information on things to do in the area.

                                          

 

There is parking for two vehicles and major motorway links are situated only two miles from the property.  Local pick up and drop off can be arranged by prior agreement.

The local village has general stores, a post office and take-aways.  Numerous golf courses are located within a few miles of the property.

A large variety of restaurants and bistros to suit all tastes are available in Stirling and Falkirk. 

Bus links are available adjacent to the property to Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh and there are 4 rail stations within a five mile radius providing national links. 

Glasgow, second only to London for shopping in the UK is less than an hour away as is the beautiful city of Perth.

To ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible we have furnished and equipped the apartment to a high standard including all linen, towels, crockery etc. The accommodation comprises:  

  • Entrance Porch with coat pegs and plenty of space to kick off your shoes.

  • An open plan livingroom/kitchen with a small double sofa bed, 32” HD LCD TV and DVD.  Dining table and four chairs.

  • The kitchen area has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with full width freezer compartment and microwave. 

  • A separate double bedroom has a luxury pocket sprung/memory foam double bed and generous hanging and drawer space. 

  • A well proportioned shower room with a large shower and quality fittings throughout.
  • Laundry facilities are available in an adjacent utility room as is additional freezer space should it be required. 

  • A seating area adjacent to our garden pond is available for residents use as is a gas barbeque. 

One well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement with the owners and the gardens are dog friendly.

 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property
